If you attended a parish school served by our Sisters, whether fulltime or for CCD, or if we taught you in summer school, we are glad you found your way to this page. It is always a joy when someone sees a past student while on errands, at the airport or during Kindergarten preview. You can bet the memory of you brings a smile to the Sisters when the update is given at dinner. You have a permanent place in our hearts and prayers!

As we prepare to celebrate thirty years of teaching in the Lincoln Diocesan School the fall of 2010, we are compiling a binder with a questionnaire of past students for our Sisters to view. We hope to use some general statistics in our mailings next year, but we would contact you to obtain your permission before using specific information in our newsletter.

There are a few thousand of you, past students, and we only have a few hundred of you on our mailing list. We would like to keep in contact with each of you through our biannual newsletter and annual report. We will automatically add you to our mailing list if you have been graduated from high school for five years (unless you request otherwise.) If it has been less than five years, but you have a fairly permanent address, we will add you now if you desire. (Our mailing list will not be “rented or sold” to others.)

  1. Our first preference is for you to submit the questionnaires online so that your answers can be automatically added to an electronic database.

  2. If you prefer not to send information through a web page, call 402-477-5232 and we can e-mail the form to you directly.

  3. You also have the option of printing the questionnaire and mailing it to:

Please use this questionnaire to update your address when you move; fill out your full name, school attended, class and the updated information. Kindly also let us know when a past student or parent passes away so that we will be sure to add them to our “Book of Prayer.”
